2. Dining offer is not valid on the eve of public holidays, public holidays, other blackout dates and special occasions as determined by the hotel.
3. Advance reservation is required. ICBC Card Promotion must be quoted at time of reservation.
4. Dining offer does not apply to set menu, promotion menu or takeaways.
5. Prevailing taxes and service charges apply.
6. Not valid in conjunction with other offers, discounts, loyalty card, promotions or vouchers.
7. All information is correct as at the time of publication.
8. In the event of any inconsistency between the English and non-English language versions, the English language version shall prevail.
9. Merchant reserves the right at their absolute discretion to terminate the Promotion or vary, delete or add to the Promotion, or any of these terms and conditions, at any time without notice including without limitation, the dates of the Promotion.
