From now till 30 September 2023, ICBC Chinese Zodiac Credit Card cardholders can enjoy up to 2 x S$5 promo code every month on the CDG Zig App.
Save your ICBC Chinese Zodiac Credit Card in the CDG Zig App, book a ride and pay with the saved card to receive a S$5 promo code. Receive a second S$5 promo code once the first promo code has been utilized.
Subject to limited redemption availability per calendar month. On a first-come-first-served basis.

How to enjoy
1. Save your ICBC Chinese Zodiac Credit Card in the CDG Zig App.
2. Book and pay for your ride using the saved card through the CDG Zig App.
3. Receive your first S$5 promo code in the App.
4. Redeem the S$5 promo code by booking a ride and paying with the saved card through the App.
5. After successfully utilizing the first S$5 promo code, the second S$5 promo code will appear automatically in your App for your next ride usage. Redemption can be done by booking a ride and paying with the saved card through the App.

Merchant Terms and Conditions
1. This promotion is valid from now till 30 September 2023 (“Promotion Period”).
2. During the Promotion Period, user will first need to register the eligible ICBC Chinese Zodiac Credit Card in the CDG Zig App (“App”).
3. During each calendar month, user will need to book a ride through the App, and pay with the registered ICBC Chinese Zodiac Credit Card to receive the first S$5 promo code in the App.
4. To redeem the first S$5 promo code, user must book a ride through the App and pay with the registered ICBC Chinese Zodiac Credit Card.
5. After redeeming the first S$5 promo code, user will receive the second S$5 promo code in the App. User can redeem the second S$5 promo code by similarly booking another ride through the App and paying with the registered ICBC Chinese Zodiac Credit Card.
6. This promotion is limited to a total redemption of 14,224 promo codes per calendar month, on a first-come-first-served basis^. Each user can redeem a maximum of two (2) S$5 promo codes per calendar month.
^Promo codes issued to user does not guarantee or entitle the discount, which is accorded only when user is redeeming for a trip via the CDG Zig App, and subject to limited redemption availability per calendar month.
7. Each promo code is valid for use by the 7th day of the subsequent calendar month from date of issuance on a first-come-first served basis. Example: Promo code issued on any date in February 2023 will be valid for use by 7 March 2023. Any unused promo code will be removed from user’s App profile upon expiry of the validity date.
8. Each promo code is limited to ONE redemption per user and can be applied to only one transaction via the App. No more than one promo code can be used at the same time for one single trip.
9. Users must select the promo code to enter into the promo code field when booking the App to redeem it. The validity of each redemption will be verified upon the booking of the trip in the App.
10. The promo code will be deducted from the final fare upon trip completion. In instances where the final fare falls below the promo code value, no refunds of the balance will be made.
11. In the event that the trip is cancelled or if the passenger fails to turn up, the user is deemed to have forfeited the promo code. No replacement of promo code will be made.
12. ComfortDelGro Taxi reserves the right at its absolute discretion to terminate the promotion or vary, delete, add to any of these Terms and Conditions from time to time (including without limitation to the Promotion Period) without prior notice and without liability to any party.
ICBC Terms and Conditions
1. “ICBC” means Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited.
2. To qualify for this promotion, payment must be made using an ICBC Chinese Zodiac Credit Card.
3. This promotion is subject to these Terms and Conditions and the Merchant’s Terms and Conditions.
4. ICBC is not an agent of the Merchant and will not accept any liability in relation thereto.
5. ICBC shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or fitness for purpose of the products and services provided by the Merchant. Any dispute in relation thereof shall be resolved directly with the relevant Merchant. ICBC shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered in connection with or arising from the products and services provided by the Merchant.
6. ICBC reserves the right to terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice to Cardholders. ICBC accepts no liability for such termination.
7. Access to and use of hyperlinks to third party websites from a link available on our website is at your own risk. ICBC is not responsible for the content, accuracy and security of these websites.
8. These terms and conditions are prepared in English and Chinese, in the event of inconsistencies, the English version shall prevail.
