Notice on temporary Suspension of Online Account Opening and Credit Card Application Services

Dear Valued Customers,
We have been informed that there will be a scheduled maintenance on the Singpass system from 7 August 2024 to 12 August 2024. Accordingly, our online account opening and credit card application services submitted via our mobile banking app and official website will be suspended temporarily during this period.
Meanwhile, you are welcome to visit our branches in person to submit your applications, or alternatively, you may apply online after the maintenance is completed.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and support.
