Notice of Change in ATM Transaction Fees for ICBC Singapore Debit Cards in Mainland China (wef 1st Oct 2025)

Dear Valued Customer,
Thank you for your continued support of ICBC Singapore Dual Currency Debit Cards.
Please note that effective from 1st Oct 2025, we will revise the transaction fees for ICBC Singapore issued Debit Cards at ALL ATMs in Mainland China (including ICBC and other banks). The revised fee structure is as follows:
1.Cash Withdrawal Fees at ALL ATMs in Mainland China:
UnionPay Dual Currency Debit Card: RMB20 or SGD4 per transaction.
VISA Dual Currency Debit Card: SGD 5 per transaction plus VISA currency exchange fee (where applicable).
2.Balance Enquiry Fees at ALL ATMs in Mainland China:
UnionPay Dual Currency Debit Card: RMB4 or SGD0.80 per transaction.
VISA Dual Currency Debit Card: USD0.80 per transaction.
Important Notes:
These fees apply to all ATM transactions conducted in Mainland China, regardless of the ATM operator.
For VISA Dual Currency Debit Cards, currency exchange fees will apply. All charges will be automatically deducted from your account balance.
