Notice of Paper Statement Fee Adjustment (wef 1st Oct 2025)

Dear Valued Customers,
As part of ICBC Singapore’s commitment to environmental sustainability, fees for paper statements will be adjusted from S$2 to S$10 per month effective from 1 October 2025. Customers aged 65 and above are exempted from this fee.
You may access to your statement (without fee) via:
- Online Banking (Desktop): My Account > Account Enquiry > Monthly Statement
- ICBC Mobile Banking App: All Services > Finance Assistant > Statement Management
To enrol in digital banking services, please visit any ICBC Singapore branch.
