【Important Update】Enhanced Scam Protection for Your Account
 
Dear Valued Customers,

We are committed to safeguarding your financial security and providing you with peace of mind when using our banking services. As part of our ongoing efforts to combat scams and unauthorized transactions, we have enhanced our real-time fraud surveillance measures for online banking service.

What’s New?

In situations where a protected account may be at risk of being rapidly drained of a significant amount due to a phishing scam, ICBC will take immediate action to prevent further losses, i.e.  your transaction might be blocked if the verification process is not successfully completed.

What You Need to Do?

If your account activity triggers the above fraud surveillance measures, you will be required to contact ICBC Singapore Customer Service Hotline or our branch staff for verification in order for the blocked transaction(s) to proceed. This step ensures that your transactions are authorized and protects you from potential scams.
These proactive steps are designed to give you additional time to verify the authenticity of transactions and help prevent potential financial losses.
